Terms and Conditions.

1.1. Purpose: Abroadhub is a platform designed to connect individuals living abroad, enabling them to interact socially, explore professional services, discover businesses, and find job opportunities.

1.2. Definitions:

• "Users": General users who use the app to interact, post content, and explore.
• "Service Providers": Users providing services (e.g., graphic designers, makeup artists).
• "Business Users": Entities listing businesses in categories like restaurants, legal consultancy, etc.
• "Content": Any text, images, videos, or media shared by users.
• "We/Us/Our": Refers to Abroadhub, a product owned and operated by Febla Technologies LLC, and its affiliates.

1.3. Eligibility: The App is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these T&C. Abroadhub does not knowingly collect data from or permit use of the App by minors, and any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated.

2.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our App for personal or professional purposes as defined by your user category.

2.2. Restrictions:

• Do not copy, distribute, or modify the App.
• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these T&C.

3.1. Users may:

• Interact with content through likes, shares, comments, and posts.
• Explore services, businesses, and job opportunities.
• Post genuine and lawful content.
• Use the search and filter features to connect with service providers and businesses.

4.1. You agree not to:

• Post or share content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or illegal.
• Harass, stalk, or harm other users.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including misrepresentation of services or businesses.
• Use bots or unauthorized tools to interact with the App.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

5.1. Users retain ownership of the content they create but grant Abroadhub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote their content on the App.

5.2. Abroadhub is not responsible for user-generated content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these T&C.

5.3. Intellectual Property Reporting: If you believe content on the App infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice to support@abroadhub.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work or IP claimed to be infringed, (b) identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the App, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized. Abroadhub will review and may remove infringing content and, where appropriate, suspend repeat infringers' accounts.

6.1. Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts.

6.2. Abroadhub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these T&C.

6.3. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the App.

7.1. The App allows Users to discover and connect with Service Providers, Business Users, job postings, and real estate or housing listings created by third parties. Abroadhub does not vet, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the identity, qualifications, licensing, conduct, or accuracy of any Service Provider, Business User, employer, landlord, or listing on the App. Users are solely responsible for exercising their own judgment and diligence before engaging with any third party found through the App.

7.2. The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including financial and remittance services (e.g., Wise, Remitly) and insurance providers. These third-party services are not owned or controlled by Abroadhub, and we are not responsible for their content, terms, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider's own terms.

8.1. Abroadhub is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.

8.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abroadhub is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses resulting from user reliance on content or interactions through the App.
• Disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions or interactions with Service Providers, Business Users, employers, landlords, or other third parties discovered through the App.

9.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abroadhub, Febla Technologies LLC, and their officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the App, (b) your Content, (c) your violation of these T&C, or (d) your interactions with any other User, Service Provider, Business User, or third party through the App.

10.1. Abroadhub is owned and operated by Febla Technologies LLC ("Febla Technologies"), registered at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #22447, Newark, DE 19702, USA. These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2. Abroadhub is made available to users in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Regardless of the country from which you access the App, these T&C and the governing law described above apply to your use of Abroadhub. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with any additional local laws applicable in their country of residence.

11.1. If a dispute arises out of or relates to these T&C or your use of the App, you agree to first contact us at support@abroadhub.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

11.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, you and Abroadhub agree that the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body in the State of Delaware, USA.

11.3. You and Abroadhub agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12.1. Abroadhub may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App, with or without notice and with or without cause, including for violation of these T&C, suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity, or extended inactivity.

12.2. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections of these T&C that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution) will survive.

13.1. If you access the App through Apple's App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that these T&C are between you and Abroadhub only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content and have no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App.

13.2. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Apple nor Google will have any other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

13.3. Apple and Google, and their respective subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these T&C and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these T&C against you as a third-party beneficiary.

13.4. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14.1. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these T&C by reference. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

15.1. If any provision of these T&C is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity will not render these T&C unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provision will be deleted or modified to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16.1. We may update these T&C periodically.

16.2. Users will be notified of changes via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C.
