Account Deletion.

Effective Date: July 1st, 2026

You can request deletion of your Abroadhub account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how.

1. Delete Your Account In-App

  1. Open the Abroadhub app and log in.
  2. Go to Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
  4. Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.

2. Request Deletion Without App Access

If you no longer have access to the app or cannot log in, email support@abroadhub.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," and include your registered email or phone number. We will verify your identity and process the request.

3. What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo, bio)
  • Posts, comments, messages, and other content you created
  • Saved listings, job applications, and service/business/real estate listings you posted
  • Location and device data associated with your account

4. Data Retention

We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud, as described in our Privacy Policy. Some information may remain in backup systems for a limited period before being permanently purged.
